Elders at Tomkins Park

This is an ongoing project starting in 2024 which examined the elders of the East Village, NYC. I sat in Tomkins Park and approached various elderly men, I interviewed them and took photos. It was a documentary style project which delved into the relationship between strangers and the photographer, the relationship between the elders and New York City. Each man has his own unique story to tell.
