This work explores the energy and atmosphere of live gatherings, focusing on the ways people come together to express themselves freely. This series documents Fatboy Slim’s festival, held just outside London in the grounds of a château. Armed with a digital flash camera, I immersed myself in this unique experience, capturing everything from the eccentric characters on the dance floor to the vibrant fields that framed the event.

What drew me in was the sense of unfiltered joy: people of all ages connecting, acting a little wild, and expressing themselves through colour, music, and movement. Through my lens, I sought to preserve not only the spectacle of the festival, but also the fleeting, intimate interactions that made it so alive.
