This project explores the nightlife of Las Vegas through the use of a disposable flash camera. I was drawn to this medium for its raw, unpolished aesthetic, which captures the city’s nightlife in a fun, spontaneous, and nostalgic way. The direct flash, grain, and imperfections echo the chaotic energy of Las Vegas nights.

By embracing a lo-fi approach, the images prioritize experience over technical perfection, allowing moments to unfold naturally and honestly. This process mirrors the impulsive spirit of Las Vegas after dark, where excess, freedom, and fleeting connections define the atmosphere. The result is a body of work that documents nightlife not as a spectacle, but as a lived, intimate experience.
