This editorial shoot was a creative collaboration with a fashion design student from Parsons, featuring a collection of distinctive pieces. Most notably, a flowing dress made from light, delicate fabric. Each garment was designed to complement the model’s form, with silhouettes that moved effortlessly and caught the light in striking ways.
Shot in a professional studio setting, we used dramatic and varied lighting to highlight the texture, colour, and movement of the clothing. As the model danced and moved freely, the fabric became alive: twisting, floating, and shifting with her gestures. The focus was on capturing that movement and translating it into still imagery, where the clothing remained the central subject but the moment itself told a story.
The result is a series of images that blend fashion with motion. A celebration of design, form, and the fleeting elegance of fabric in motion.
